House Transactions. Company agrees that sales leads or purchase orders developed directly by Company or through its Sales Consultants ("House Transactions") may be offered to SP’s that have entered into SP agreements directly with Company. While Company shall endeavor to treat its SP’s equitably, the choice of the SP remains in the sole discretion of Company. Discount levels for SP’s on House transactions shall be as negotiated on a case by case basis. SP’s must order directly from Company on House Transactions.
