House Seats. For each regular evening and matinee performance of the Play in New York City, Producer shall hold for each person comprising Author two (2) pairs of adjoining house seats in rows five (5) through twelve (12) of the center section of the orchestra (except for preview performances, benefit, theater party, and subscription performances where substantially the entire orchestra is sold out, as well as T▇▇▇ voting periods, during which times one [1] pair of adjoining house seats will be held). For opening nights in New York City, Producer shall hold for use by each person comprising Author two (2) additional complimentary pairs of seats in the best available location, plus complimentary opening night party passes equal in number to the number of house seats being furnished to each such person comprising Author for such performance. Tickets set aside for each person comprising Author shall be made available for purchase at regular (non-premium priced) box office prices until ninety-six (96) hours prior to the scheduled performance. Each person comprising Author agrees to maintain and make available to the Producer and the Attorney General of the State of New York such records with respect to house seats as may be required to comply with New York law. 20.
House Seats. 10.1 When the premises are hired, four (4) seats per performance shall be reserved without charge for The Licensor's use. Any such seat not claimed by The Licensor before a performance may be returned for general sale on the day of the performance.
House Seats. The Koorliny Box Office shall at the sole discretion of Koorliny Management withhold from sale and distribution for any or all activities of the agreed use the manager’s house seats, such seats shall be in such part of the auditorium as the Koorliny Management determines.

Each Director and/or Choreographer shall have two (2) center orchestra seats in rows 4-10 set aside for them during each performance available for purchase except where there are theatre parties. The Director and/or Choreographer shall give the Producer forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of the desire to use these seats. Such tickets shall be set aside and made available for purchase by Authors at regular box-office prices until 6:00 p.m. of the second day prior to the scheduled evening performances or until 12:00 noon of the second day prior to scheduled matinee performances. For opening nights of the Play in New York City, Producer shall accord each party constituting the Authors for Authors' private use (A) ten (10) complimentary pairs of seats in the orchestra section of the theatre and (B) six (6) complimentary pairs of seats in other sections of the theater, along with an equivalent number of opening night party invitations. Authors agree to maintain and make available to the Producer and the Attorney General of the State of New York such records with respect to house seats as may be required to comply with New York law and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of SECTION 8.14 herein.

Producer shall provide Playwright no fewer than two (2) complimentary pairs of tickets to each official opening of the Work produced under the grant of rights provided herein, and shall provide up to two professional complimentary house seats during any performance of the Work, provided Playwright makes each request for such tickets upon reasonable notice,
House Seats. With respect to the World Premiere performance, Producer will provide six (6) pairs of complimentary house seats in the orchestra (three pairs each for Composer and Librettist). For each subsequent performance hereunder, Producer or Confirmed Co-Commissioner, as the case may be, will provide four (4) pairs of complimentary house seats (two pairs each for Composer and Librettist).

House Seats" shall mean (a) with respect to Pavilion, two four-seat boxes at the Facility and one six-seat box at the Facility, (b) with respect to Owner, three four-seat boxes and one six-seat box, (c) ten reserved seats at the Facility mutually designated by Owner and Pavilion as the "house reserved seats" and (d) ten tickets for general admission lawn seating.
