House Design. The house design is intended to be in constant development through each subsequent house build. The sensors being deployed within the property are intended to enable accurate recording of space usage within the property. This coupled with feedback from the occupants will enable us to change the build within an iterative process that is constant, and not something that gets revisited after a number of years. The ownership of the design will be held in the new company and franchise opportunities will be considered to maximise commercialisation of the product. The Fit House will be marketed as an “off the shelf” product, with further iterations of 1 bed, 2 bed and modular bolt-on to existing properties already in the design phase.
