Hours for Construction. Unless otherwise agreed upon by Landlord in writing, with consent not to be unreasonably withheld, all Changes shall be constructed during non-business hours when reasonably practical to do so and otherwise in a manner which limits the inconvenience and negative effect on other tenants.
Hours for Construction. No work to alter an apartment, and no work of an inherently noisy character (such as drilling, sawing, hammering, sanding or floor refinishing), shall be performed before 8:45 a.m. or after 4:45 p.m. No such work shall be performed on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday or any other day the Board may, from time to time, designate.
