Hours Before Appointment. If you cancel within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of £120 will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount refunded will be £96. Less than 24 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a £120 cancellation fee. No refund will be provided. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your EICR appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If rescheduling is requested within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the cancellation fees will apply as outlined in Section 3. Rescheduling requests can be accommodated based on availability.
