Common use of Hour Shift Schedule Clause in Contracts

Hour Shift Schedule. The Company will endeavour to provide two (2) twenty minute breaks, one (1) within each half of a shift, at a time designated by the Company, which shall not be later than one (1) hour before the end of each half shift, as well as a paid 30-minute lunch break. It is understood that where rest periods may not be provided due to operational circumstances, the Continuous Operating Premium is designed to compensate.

This schedule will include an unpaid thirty (30) minute meal break.
