Hour Shift Schedule. ➢ When a general holiday falls on an employee’s scheduled day off, the employee shall be paid 8 hours at his hourly rate for the holiday. ➢ When a general holiday falls on an employee’s scheduled workday and the employee does not work, the employee shall be paid 12 hours at his hourly rate. ➢ When the employee works a general holiday, he shall receive 12 hours pay at his regular rate, and in addition, shall be paid one and one-half times his hourly rate for all hours worked in accordance with his regular work schedule.
