HOUR DAYS. The Parties held several discussions during this round of Collective Bargaining and to pilot a Ten (10) hour schedule in departments where such scheduling will provide for efficiencies, increased productivity and/or enhanced customer service. Accordingly, the following provisions would apply should such scheduling be implemented;
