Hotels. The Hotels sector renders to THE PARTIES the services consisting in the integration of the different areas of hotels along with their business relations. It carries out activities to optimize and control hotels’ management and organization.
Hotels. When required, accommodations at the standard single room rate shall be allowable. In-room charges such as movies, mini-bar, water, and snacks shall not be allowable.
Hotels. The hotel buildings and all accessory buildings and structures, if any, and all fixtures placed on or attached thereto, owned by Sellers and located on the parcels comprising the Land. Each of the Hotels is at times herein referred to individually as a Hotel.
Hotels. 6.1 Although hotel accommodation will be arranged by the Authority, individual contractors will be responsible for payment of accommodation. This will be reimbursed at cost on production of valid receipts.

The Company does not own or lease any real property. No person other than the Company has an option or right of first refusal to purchase all or part of any Hotel or any interest therein. Each of the Hotels complies with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations (including, without limitation, building and zoning codes, laws and regulations, and laws relating to access to Hotels), except if and to the extent disclosed in the Prospectus and except for such failures to comply that would not individually or in the aggregate have a material adverse impact on the condition (financial or otherwise) or on the earnings, assets, business affairs, or business prospects of such Hotel, the Partnership, the Company or any Selling Entity, taken as a whole. Neither the Company nor the Partnership has knowledge of any pending or threatened condemnation proceedings, zoning change, or other proceeding or action that will in any manner effect the size of, use of, improvements on, construction on, or access to any of the Hotels, except such proceedings or actions that would not have a material adverse effect on the condition (financial or otherwise) or on the earnings, assets, business affairs, or business prospects of such Hotel, the Partnership, the Company or any Selling Entity, taken as a whole.

VISAS & PASSPORTS: You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently. Hotels. (a) The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries, ------ and to the best knowledge of the Borrower, its Joint Ventures, has good and marketable fee simple absolute title to all material Real Property purported to be owned by them, and has good and marketable title to, or valid leasehold interests in, all other material Real Property purported to be leased by them, free and clear of all Liens, other than Permitted Liens. Schedule X contains a true and complete list of each Hotel owned or leased by the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries, or any of its Joint Ventures on the Effective Date, and the type of interest therein held by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Hotels. LIFFE staff will reside in reasonable accommodation when staying away from home overnight on business. This is dependant upon location and duration, but LIFFE suggests that a rate no greater than [**] per night is reasonable for the staff in the U.S. Accommodation for consultants over weekends will be charged.
Hotels. Travelers will be booked into Disney-owned hotel properties or one of the hotels participating in Disney's preferred hotel program. The Corporate Travel Division will direct the traveler to an appropriate hotel. Requests for specific hotels will be honored if the rate is the same or lower than the hotel booked by Disney's Corporate Travel Division. Lodging expenses shall include the cost of the room plus applicable taxes. It does not include room service, recreation or any other direct charges to the room. Auto rentals will be provided by one of Disney's preferred car rental suppliers as directed Corporate Travel, and billing shall be direct to the traveler. Reimbursement will cover no more than the cost of a full size car. Additional insurance coverage, as provided in the rental agreement, will not be reimbursed. Mileage for travel in WSS' or WSS' employees own vehicles is paid at the rate of [***] mile for mileage incurred. Mileage should be supported by appropriate contemporaneous logs. Limousine service is expressly prohibited unless authorized in advance and in writing by the Project Manager.
Hotels. All hotel reservations should be made through Vista Travel Agency to ensure the lowest available rates. Employees are expected to stay in moderately priced business class hotels or motels. From time to time, the Company may require that employees stay in a particular hotel with which it has negotiated special rates. - If a reservation must be canceled, employees should call the travel agency as soon as possible at the phone number above or call the hotel directly to avoid unnecessary charges. - In-room entertainment (movies, drinks, etc.) is not reimbursable.
