Hotel. The Company is to construct a five star hotel with exclusive access to its own golf course on the land shown as lot 1 on the Land Tenure Plan. The hotel is to consist of 225 guest rooms with the associated lounges, bars and facilities commensurate with a five star hotel. The hotel is also to include the facilities for a private golf club. A Sports Centre consisting of tennis court, squash court, gymnasium, spa, sauna and swimming pools, is also to be provided in the hotel.
