Hotel Training. Prior to the Opening Date, the Hotel's general manager and those other members of the Hotel's staff primarily responsible for sales, front office, accounting, reservations, human resources, training rooms and food and beverage ("Executive Committee") must satisfactorily complete Licensor's "Regent" "brand-specific" orientation and training program at a location within the continental United States to be determined by Licensor.
