The Subject Matter Expert will assist Sprint at no additional cost with configuration information and other required documentation to facilitate installation and/or testing of test and production systems.
Hosting Services Support. Client will comply with its responsibilities to support the Hosting Services as specified in this Agreement. Such obligations are to be performed at no charge to EPI-USE. EPI-USE’s obligations are contingent on Client meeting such support obligations.
