Hosting and Processing. Data is hosted and stored by BetterUp or its service providers in the United States or elsewhere as otherwise agreed to, in writing, by the Parties. In providing the BetterUp Platform, BetterUp or its service providers may process all data, including, without limitation, any associated Personal Information, within the European Economic Area, the United States and in other countries and territories where noted.
