Hosted Controller Software. If You use the controller software to provide a managed service, neither Your primary place of business, nor Your data centers used to host the controller software will be located in any U.S. embargoed country (i.e., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk Regions of Ukraine).
