Common use of Host Institution Clause in Contracts

Host Institution. The host institution shall ensure that consortium participants do not receive federal and state aid from both schools during the same quarter. In addition, the host school shall provide to the home school information relevant to participants’ enrollment, fee payment and grades in a timely manner. The home institution will determine the tuition refund calculation. Language courses taken at OSU that count toward the World Languages Options at SOU are eligible to in this program. Institutional scholarships may be available based on the policies at each institution. The ‘Host’ Institution agrees to report any scholarship awards to the ‘Home’ Institution.
