Host Assignment. Host shall not assign this Agreement without the prior consent of CVEC, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, provided, however, that any such assignment shall be made subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Host shall promptly provide CVEC a copy of the assignment document following any assignment. The rights and obligations created by this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the successors and permitted assigns of the respective Parties hereto. Notice of any permitted assignment shall be provided to the other Party as soon as practicable.
Host Assignment. Host shall assign this Agreement to any successor owner or lessee of the Property or the Premises or to any person that holds an exclusive easement interest in the Premises or the PV System.
