HONORABLE UNDERTAKING. This Agreement shall be construed as an honorable undertaking between the parties hereto not to be defeated by technical legal constructions, it being the intention of this Agreement that the fortunes of the Reinsurer shall in all cases follow the fortunes of the GSIA.
