Common use of Home Services Clause in Contracts

Home Services. This use case focuses on monitoring, maintaining, repairing and replenishing of the heating equipment inside a household. Various of the TagItSmart services will be tested in real-­world households, where the smart-­tags will provide the appropriate environmental and contextual information regarding the heating equipment of a household. The monitored information is related to the actual heating equipment product, the environment in which it operates, the type of use performed by the owners of the product as well as additional services from the point-­of-­ view of the product manufacturer. Figure 13 shows the overview of the use cases including the various stakeholders and the way they interact with the TagItSmart platform, the smart-­tags and the different heating equipment.
