Holdsworth Program. Holdsworth will provide to District the services and program generally referred to as the PB APP as further described in Exhibit A to this MOU (the “Services” or “Program”). Services may be provided in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format (i.e., in a combination of in-personal and virtual learning experiences) in the sole discretion of Holdsworth.
