Holdover Discussions. Landlord shall have a right to participate in all discussions (whether written or oral) with the Existing Landlord, the sublandlord under Existing Landlord’s sublease, and with the master landlord under the master lease to which the Existing Lease is subject, relating to Tenant’s holding over under the Existing Lease.
