Holding security Clause Samples

Holding security. (a) We will pay interest on security you provide to us at the bank bill rate. That interest will accrue daily and will be capitalised every 90 days unless paid. (b) If we ask you for security, we will keep that security in a separate trust account, and it will be separately identified in our accounting records.
