Common use of Holders to Receive Payment Clause in Contracts

Holders to Receive Payment. (a) Subject to Section 6.07(b) and notwithstanding any provision of this Indenture other than Section 6.07(b), the Holder of any Notes will have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment of the principal of and interest on such Notes at Maturity and to institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment, and such right may not be impaired without the consent of such Holder.
