Common use of Holders Rights Clause in Contracts

Holders Rights. IGU is personally obligated and fully liable for the amount due under this Term Loan Note. The holder of this Term Loan Note has the right to ▇▇▇ on this Term Loan Note and obtain a personal judgment against IGU for satisfaction of the amount due under this Term Loan Note either before or after a judicial foreclosure of the Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, and Fixture Filing under AS 09.45.170 – 09.45.220. Also, the holder of this Term Loan Note, at its sole option, has the right to ▇▇▇ on this Term Loan Note either before or after the exercise by the holder of any other right or remedy it may have to proceed against any of the collateral securing this Term Loan Note. The holder of this Term Loan Note may hire or pay someone else to help collect this Term Loan Note if IGU does not pay. The holder of this Term Loan Note shall be entitled to collect all reasonable resulting costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, whether or not there is a lawsuit.
