Common use of Holders of Stock Warrants May Enforce Rights Clause in Contracts

Holders of Stock Warrants May Enforce Rights. Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Agreement, any Holder may, without the consent of the Warrant Agent, enforce and may institute and maintain any suit, action or proceeding against the Company suitable to enforce, or otherwise in respect of, its right to exercise his Stock Warrants as provided in the Stock Warrants and in this Agreement.
