Common use of Holders of Revolving Credit Notes Clause in Contracts

Holders of Revolving Credit Notes. The Agent may deem and treat any payee of any Revolving Credit Note as the owner thereof for all purposes hereof unless and until written notice of the assignment or transfer thereof shall have been recorded in the Register as contemplated by Section 9.6. Any request, authority or consent of any Person who at the time of making such request or giving such authority or consent is the holder of any Revolving Credit Note shall be conclusive and binding on any subsequent holder, transferee or assignee of such Revolving Credit Note or of any Revolving Credit Note or Revolving Credit Notes issued in exchange therefor.
