Common use of Hold Notes Clause in Contracts

Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar, any Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Company or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar, any Authenticating Agent Registrar or any other Person that may be an agent of the Company Trustee or of the TrusteeCompany, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent Registrar or such other agentPerson.
