Common use of Hold Investments Clause in Contracts

Hold Investments. Hold or cause to be held any Qualified Investment in nominee name, in bearer form, or in book entry form, in a Clearinghouse Corporation or in a Depository (including an Affiliate of the Trustee), provided that the Trustee's records clearly indicate that the assets held are a part of the Fund and provided that the Trustee shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from the deposit or maintenance of any Qualified Investment (in accordance with market practice, custom or regulation) with any recognized domestic clearing facility, book entry system, centralized custodial Depository, or similar organization provided that it acts in accordance with the Standard of Care.
