Common use of Hold-Down Procedure Clause in Contracts

Hold-Down Procedure. An Operator using long-term medical leave shall submit notice of the upcoming absence to the Employer, via the Employer’s scheduling software, at least ten (10) days prior to first date of absence, or as required by Federal or State law, unless the reason for medical leave was an unplanned emergency.
