Hoisting Facilities. 6.13.5.1 The DB shall erect and maintain any hoisting equipment required for its Work. 6.13.5.2 If the electric service requirements of hoisting facilities differ from that available at the Site, the DB shall provide and pay for all necessary connections. 6.13.5.3 If a permanent elevator is identified in the Contract Documents to be used for hoisting materials or personnel during construction, the DB shall furnish an extended warranty and service contract in effect until the expiration of the Correction Period.
