HOBBY Clause Samples
The HOBBY clause defines the rights and limitations regarding the use of a product, service, or intellectual property for personal, non-commercial purposes. Typically, this clause clarifies that users may engage in activities such as personal enjoyment, experimentation, or learning, but prohibits any commercial exploitation or resale. Its core function is to distinguish between personal and business use, ensuring that the product or service is not used for profit without proper authorization, thereby protecting the provider's commercial interests.
