HMO. As long as they are available, the City will provide as an option, one open panel or group practice Health Maintenance Organization and one closed panel or individual practice Health Maintenance Organization. As an open panel or group practice Health Maintenance Organization, the City shall provide as an option, coverage through Blue Care Network.
