HMI Clause Samples
The HMI (Human-Machine Interface) clause defines the requirements and specifications for the interface through which users interact with a system or equipment. It typically outlines the design standards, functionality, and accessibility features that the HMI must provide, such as display layouts, control inputs, and user feedback mechanisms. By setting clear expectations for the HMI, this clause ensures that the system is user-friendly, safe, and meets operational needs, thereby reducing the risk of user error and enhancing overall usability.
