HL7 Compliance Sample Clauses
The HL7 Compliance clause requires that products, services, or systems adhere to the standards set by Health Level Seven International (HL7) for the exchange, integration, sharing, and retrieval of electronic health information. In practice, this means that any software or interface involved must be capable of communicating using HL7 protocols, ensuring compatibility with other healthcare systems that follow the same standards. The core function of this clause is to promote interoperability and data consistency across healthcare platforms, reducing integration issues and facilitating efficient, secure information exchange.
