Historical References. Licensee acknowledges Licensor’s longstanding legacy of using the Honeywell Trademark and the goodwill from such use that has inured to Licensor. Licensee agrees not to use the name “Honeywell” or the Honeywell Trademark in reference to its product or company history, except as part of the approved description set forth in Attachment H or as otherwise approved by Licensor in writing.
