Historic Features. It shall be Developer’s responsibility to identify, preserve, retain and rehabilitate the historic features of the Grand Hotel.
Historic Features. Borrower shall not perform any action which would require delivery of a Removal Notice (as defined in the Deed) under the Deed without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
