Hirer Clause Samples

The 'Hirer' clause defines the individual or entity that is hiring goods, services, or personnel under the agreement. It typically specifies the legal name and contact details of the party responsible for making payments, complying with terms, and managing the use of the hired resources. By clearly identifying the hirer, this clause ensures accountability and clarifies which party holds obligations and rights within the contract, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes.
