Hijack. Accidental bodily Injury sustained as a direct result of unlawful seizure or wrongful exercise of control of an aircraft, vessel or public conveyance will be covered under the terms of this Policy.
Hijack. If, during the Period of Coverage, whilst You are on a Journey, You are a victim of a Hijack of the Scheduled Flight on which You are travelling, We will pay You up to the relevant benefit amount specified in the Schedule of Benefits, for every full six (6) hours that the Hijack continues up to a maximum of the relevant benefit amount specified in the Schedule of Benefits subject to the terms and conditions of this master policy. Any claims under this benefit must be accompanied by a police report or a report issued by the operator of the Scheduled Flight confirming that You were a victim of a Hijack and the duration of the Hijack.
Hijack. The seizure of a commercial vehicle (airplane, ship, or truck) by force or threat of force.
