Common use of HIGHEST FUNCTION Clause in Contracts

HIGHEST FUNCTION. Where an employee is required to perform two (2) or more classes of work on any one day, for the purpose of assessing the rate of wage to be paid, the employee will be regarded as having worked throughout the whole of their working time on that day at the class for which the higher rate of wage is prescribed.
