HIGHEST FUNCTION. Where an employee is called upon to perform higher duties in excess of four (4) hours per day the employee shall, for the purpose of assessing the rate of wage to be paid, be deemed to have worked throughout the whole of the working time on that day at the grade for which the highest wage rate is prescribed.
