Higher Limits Sample Clauses

Higher Limits. If the contractor maintains higher limits than the minimums shown above, the City requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the Contractor. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the City.

The Contractor may make recommendations to the Airport Authority for coverages or limits other than those specified, and the Airport Authority shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or disapprove such recommendations. If approved, the change will be implemented by the Airport Authority as a Change Order.
