Common use of High Severity Impact Clause in Contracts

High Severity Impact. From the Effective Date through the end of the Impact Measurement Period, the interim Minimum Performance Standards for High Severity Impacts shall be each of the following: (1) There will be no more than [**] High Severity Impacts during any given month; and (2) The total duration of High Severity Impacts during any given month shall not exceed [**].
