HFL will Clause Samples

HFL will. (a) keep the Customer’s personal details, including credit card details for only as long as is deemed necessary by HFL; (b) not disclose the Customer’s credit card details to any third party; and (c) not unnecessarily disclose any of the Customer’s personal information, except is accordance with the Privacy Act (clause 20) or where required by law.
