HEREBY DECREES. ° - The MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT for the contract renegotiation signed by the PUBLIC SERVICE CONTRACT ANALYSIS AND RENEGOTIATION UNIT and the Company A▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on April 3rd, 2007, which is an integral part of the present measure attached as Annex I herewith, is hereby ratified.
