hereafter. Any payment received after 2:00 P.M. (local time) on any Business Day shall, for the purposes of determining time of payment under this Agreement as between the Borrower and the Bank only, be treated as received on the next following business day; provided, however, that this treatment shall not postpone the time of receipt for any other purpose or computation, such as preference periods applicable to bankruptcy laws, or dates relative to priority between creditors, or the like.
