Helmets. Vendor to reinforce helmet use. Vendor to advocate for and endorse the use of helmets when riding through stations and on-bike messaging on the safety and proper use of a bicycle helmet. Vendor is encouraged to offer incentives for Users to wear helmets, offer free helmets, and/or to offer discounted helmets.
