Common use of Helmets Clause in Contracts

Helmets. 9.1 The Operator is under no obligation to provide the User with safety helmets or other protection gear. However, we may make some helmets available to Users and Additional Users (at their sole discretion) at selected Bike Hire Stations where they can be safely stored within the premises of the Host Station.
