Whenever Grantor or any Beneficiary is named or referred to herein, heirs and successors and assigns of such person or entity shall be included, and all covenants and agreements contained in this Deed of Trust shall bind the successors and assigns of Grantor, including any subsequent owner of all or any part of the Property and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Beneficiaries.
