Common use of Heirs, Successors and Assigns Included in Parties Clause in Contracts

Heirs, Successors and Assigns Included in Parties. Whenever one of the parties hereto is named or referred to herein, the heirs, successors and assigns of such party shall be included, and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1.9, all covenants and agreements contained in this Deed of Trust, by or on behalf of Trustor or Beneficiary shall bind and inure to the benefit of its heirs, successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.

Heirs, Successors and Assigns Included in Parties. Whenever Wherever in this Mortgage one of the parties hereto is named or referred to hereinto, the heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns of such party shall be included, and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1.9, all covenants and agreements contained in this Deed of Trust, Mortgage by or on behalf of Trustor the Mortgagor or Beneficiary by or on behalf of Lender shall bind and inure to the benefit of its their respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.

Whenever one of the parties hereto is named or referred to herein, the heirs, successors and assigns of such party shall be included, included and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1.9, all covenants and agreements contained in this Deed of TrustMortgage, by or on benefit of their respective behalf of Trustor Mortgagor or Beneficiary shall bind and inure to the benefit of its Mortgagee, heirs, successors and assigns, whether shall bind and inure to the so expressed or not.

Whenever one of the parties hereto is named or referred to herein, the heirs, successors and assigns of such party shall be included, and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1.91.16, all covenants and agreements contained in this Deed of TrustLeasehold Mortgage, by or on behalf of Trustor Mortgagor or Beneficiary Mortgagee shall bind and inure to the benefit of its heirs, successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not.
