HEDIS. The CONTRACTOR shall participate in the most current HEDIS reporting system; submit a copy of the HEDIS data in accordance with the NCQA requirement; and submit a final audit report to HSD along with the HEDIS data submission tool. The HEDIS compliance audit will be at the expense of the CONTRACTOR.
