Hedge Agreements Are Independent. Prepayment of any Loans shall not affect Borrowers’ obligation to continue making payments under any Hedge Agreement between any Borrower and Lender or any of its Affiliates, which shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such prepayment, subject to the terms of such Hedge Agreement.
